Steve Kuhns, having 30 years technical experience and an MBA in telecommunications management, founded Centex Telecom Services, Inc. (CTSI), in 1997.
CTSI began by primarily servicing Siemens' ROLM PBX systems and then expanded to include ESI IVX telephone systems, which have the latest VOIP technology. Norstar, Lucent/Avaya, and Toshiba telephone systems, and voice and data cabling are also part of our product and service line.
Our telephone system services range from full service maintenance agreements, to service requests based on an immediate need for a new telephone jack, the addition of extensions, data and voice cabling, etc. We also provide a two-hour response time for any major outage.
Our business phone system technicians, having received ESI's Awards for Excellence in Customer Service for the past five years, continually improve their knowledge and skills through coursework and certifications. Our service area consists of Austin, San Antonio, Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos, Kyle, Dripping Springs, Bastrop and other Central Texas areas. Our customers want quality services at a fair price, which is offered by CTSI due to our size and experience of our technicians. While our primary market includes our local customers, we also provide services through a vendor relationship with national companies.
We recognize that our customers have a choice when they select a telecommunication equipment and service provider. We want Centex Telecom Services, Inc. to be the first company that comes to mind.
